Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 10-14 days. 
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Shipping Providers: We work with trusted carriers to ensure secure delivery.
• International Shipping: Not available yet

Returns: 

We want our clients to have the best customer experience. Our pieces are handmade and limited in quantity. Customers can pay their order online and check it upon delivery. If the order is not approved they can return it instantly with the courrier and we will offer a full refund of the amount.  Booking an appointment to see full collection is also available, kindly send us an email with your request on rymkjewelry@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

If  you receive the wrong product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at rymkjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
• We will offer a fast delivery for the initial product you ordered.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
